All our live, fresh chilled, and frozen seafood products are shipped overnight if ordered before 10am Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 10 am  will be delivered 2 days from order date. Orders placed Friday to Sunday  will be delivered on Tuesday. If you'd like your order to arrive on a certain date, please specify during check out. Saturday Deliveries are available in most areas for an additional £15.00 fee.

Ceylon fisheries UK Ltd have a reputation for delivering the highest quality of products at a reasonable price.  For areas of 100 miles from our delivery perimeter we operate a special contract with Federal Express and UPS which allows us to ship these big insulated cartons at a reasonable rate.

All fresh chilled and live products are delivered to your door between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 9 a.m. to 12 noon Saturdays. We recommend advising your open times in order to ensure that deliveries are met as early as is feasibly possible.  In certain cases for regular customers we have now waived the signature required on all orders.

All damage claims must be made on day of delivery by calling 0845 0506 527.  No claims will be honoured if not made on day of delivery.
